Cooking W/ Brandy - Avocado Sandwhich

I am trying to incorporate veggies in my 3 little girl's diet and find meals that they will enjoy. Here is a yummy, yet healthy sandwhich

Grilled Avocado and Cheese Sandwhich

What you need...

  1. 2 Avocado Slices
  2. 2 Cheese Slices (we like pepper jack)
  3. 2 Slice of Bread
  4. Butter

What you do...

  1. Butter outside of Bread Slices
  2. Layer
    1. bread
    2. cheese
    3. avocado slices
    4. cheese
    5. bread
  3. Grill in skillet on each side until desired
  4. Serve with fresh fruit or veggies of choice
