What you need:
- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 2 slices of bacon ( fried and crumbled )
- 3 jalapeños ( remove seeds and slice vertically )
- 1 tablespoon diced onion
- 6 cups of waterTabasco
- Garlic salt
What you do:
- Soak beans according to package directions.
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot and season with Tabasco and garlic salt.
- Add a tablespoon or two of the bacon grease.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
