Cooking W/ Brandy - Pulled Pork

Pulled pork is many a man's favorite, including Joy's husband. This is always great served on Texas toast along side baked beans and potato salad.

What you need:
1. 3lbs of pork roast
2. 1/2 cup of ginger ale
3. 1/2 small onion
4. 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (We love Baby Ray's)

What you do:
1. Place the roast, onion, and ginger ale in crockpot.
2. Cook on low for 6 hours.
3. Drain and shred roast.
4. Mix shredded roast and BBQ sauce in crockpot and allow it to warm for approximately 15 minutes.
