If you want to read more about the health benefits. Google Cocao - Antioxidants or read this link (scroll down to get the info on this link)
You can order the ingredients from Natural Zing or you can check out your area health food store. If you live in Brevard area of FL, Dr. Daly in Titusville carries all the ingredients in the front room of his office.
Here is what you need...
(you can add more or less depending on how sweet you want it)
And any other healthy stuff you want to slip in: Hemp Seeds (for a nutty taste, goji berries, cocoa nibs or even vitamins or "greens/super foods)
Because of the chocolate has such a strong flavor you can't taste much of the healthy stuff you hide in there.
Here is what you do...
Get a double broiler (or use 2 pans) boil water in the bottom pan and place the chocolate, butter and agava in the top. It will slowly melt. Make sure you stir it well. Once it has completely melted (stir again) pour into glass containers. Once you have done that, you can add your "other stuff". (Don't forget to stir it in) I usually put my chocolate in the small glass containers and then put different stuff in different bowls, nips in one, goji berries in another and so on.
Keep the chocolate in the fridge and after it hardens, break off a piece and enjoy.
WARNING: This is DARK chocolate. This has a very dark taste and takes a little bit to get used to.
I find it delicious and a great substitute for the sugar kind when I need some chocolate. ENJOY!!!
