Healthy Homemade Christmas Potpourri

This is really simple and you should have the ingredients in your cupboard. The recipe below is from moneysavingmom, however I have used JUST oranges, cinnamon and water and it's produced a delightful smell as well. So give it a try...

What you need...
1. 2 oranges (or the peel from 4-5 whole oranges — no need to ruin good oranges if yours aren’t past their prime like mine!)
2. 1 teaspoon cloves (ground or whole)
3. 1 teaspoon nutmeg
4. 2 teaspoons cinnamon
5. 2-3 cups water

What you do...
1. Boil the above ingredients and then simmer for 6-8 hours.
2. Make sure you check the water level. You can keep adding water if it gets low.
