For all those cookie exchanges and Christmas parties...Here is an EASY but YUMMY recipe to wow your friends and loved ones :-)
What you need...
1. A box of lemon cake mix
2. A tub of cool whip
3. 1 Egg
4. Powder Sugar
What you do..
1. Preheat the oven to 350.
2. Blend the lemon cake mix and cool whip with a spoon.
3. Add Egg and MIX WELL. (The mixture will be VERY sticky)
4. Create teaspoon size balls and roll in sifted powdered sugar
5. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for approximately 10 mins (DO NOT OVER BAKE)
This recipe should make about 3 dozen cookies. ENJOY!!! - Brandy O.
