Cooking W/ Brandy - Avocado Sandwhich
I am trying to incorporate veggies in my 3 little girl's diet and find meals that they will enjoy. Here is a yummy, yet healthy sandwhich
Grilled Avocado and Cheese Sandwhich
What you need...
- 2 Avocado Slices
- 2 Cheese Slices (we like pepper jack)
- 2 Slice of Bread
- Butter
What you do...
- Butter outside of Bread Slices
- Layer
- bread
- cheese
- avocado slices
- cheese
- bread
- Grill in skillet on each side until desired
- Serve with fresh fruit or veggies of choice
