Gift Idea: Post-It Holder

What you need...
1. clear frames
2. post-it notes
3. scrapbook paper/embellishments

What you do...
1. Cut and fit the scrap booking paper inside the plastic frames
2. Glue the post-it notes on the plastic frame.
3. Embellish and you are done :-)
